We create visual identities that connect ideas with emotion through deliberate design choices. Our work values simplicity in typography and photography with character. Playful details & tactile, analogue-inspired elements often find their way into our digital designs.





People

Mainly Afternoon is the creative practice of Renata Šifrar, a Slovenian Creative Director based in Amsterdam. The studio works in collaboration with a selected network of designers, developers, photographers and illustrators – bringing each project to life through collective expertise and shared sensibility. 





Renata holds an MA in Art Direction/Photography from ECAL in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a degree in Visual Communication from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana, Slovenia. She began her career as a freelance designer for magazines and corporate clients, while also creating diary-style photographic work. She now leads Mainly Afternoon, designing and consulting for brands and initiatives in lifestyle, sustainability and culture.
